Before you ask
Questions we get most days.
01How do I get a price?
Message us on WhatsApp with what you want printed, the quantity and the date you need it. That is usually enough for us to quote. If it is a complex job, walk into either branch and we will work it out with you.
02What artwork do you need from me?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are best. High-resolution PNG at 300dpi also works for most apparel printing. If all you have is a rough idea or a low-resolution logo, bring it in — we can usually redraw it.
03Do you deliver?
Within Kampala, yes. For upcountry orders we can arrange transport through the usual couriers — tell us the destination when you request your quote.
04How long does a job take?
It depends entirely on the quantity, the process and what else is in the queue. We give you a date when we quote, and if that date is going to move we tell you before it does.
05Can I see a sample before committing to a big order?
Yes, and for large runs we recommend it. We produce one unit for you to approve before the rest goes into production.
06Which branch should I go to?
Digital Complex (1st Floor, Room F-84) is our main branch — digital printing, large format, labels and item branding. Zebra House (Room G-16) handles apparel, DTF and garment decoration. Both are on Nasser Road. If you are not sure, message us and we will point you to the right one.
